helpful staff prime location small bathroom poor pressure
The staff were helpful. They addressed all my questions quickly. The location was also prime. It was a short walk to the main attractions, AND i could easily find pubs and restaurants nearby.
The bathroom was quite small and accessing the toilet required maneuvering between the sink and shower. It was tight. THE water pressure in the shower was also very poor. I stayed in Single Room.

Wonderful Stay, Great Location

convenient location spacious room daily replenishment
The location was very convenient. I could easily walk to nearby restaurants and bars. The room was spacious and included ample wardrobe and drawer space. I especially appreciated the daily replenishment of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and those delicious salted caramel shortbread biscuits!
The towels were smaller than I prefer, but this was a minor issue.
Rooms
9/10
The room included a television and tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I found the provided wardrobe space to be more than sufficient for my needs.

Though the hotel does not have its restaurant, numerous cafes and restaurants are nearby. Several options are across the street. This variety allowed me to explore local cuisine with great convenience.

The location is close to the city center, providing easy access to attractions. St James Quarter and the Theatre are within a 5-10 minute walk. I found the proximity to these venues convenient for my planned activities.

Staff replaced tea and cookies daily I found that acceptable.
The mirror was too low I could not see myself well. The towels were small I wished for larger ones. The mattress was too firm I woke up with a bad back.
